We were one of the first guests on our visit. We sat at the bar thinking it would be a better place to get service but that... wasn't the case. It took a good while before we were able to place our order. It didn't take long for the food to arrive and itwas good fresh and hot. We finished our meal and then we waited for the waitress to come back but I finally had to ask for ourbill just so we could leave. Visited because I had a coupon for 5 wings that I got for donating platelets. The restaurant is not conveniently located while... driving on 71 and thus had never stopped. Well, my wife and I really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Hopefully it will becooler soon so that we can dine outdoors. Read more
This location is the worst. I work across the street. We have limited choices so I've tried this one quite a bit. The staff... seem at best lost, at worst it seems they discourage you to stay. I eat a lot by myself cause of work and try to sit down andeat. But when I ask for a table, because I guess they believe 2 top tips better, push me down in priority or tell me aridiculous wait time to get me to leave. Fine...don't take my money. The food when you get it comes in parts because theyforget fries or that hamburgers come with buns. Half the time cold, half greasy. Just today cause I'm in a hurry I tried yetagain to get a table. The guy repeated one person like it was a crime then made me wait five minutes to tell me they ain't got atable and to wait. Yet my eyes see 15 people total in the restaurant. Almost as many staff. Our server was great but they were clearly overstaffed for lunch at 3:30pm. Extra staff is sitting on top of the host stand,... where togo food is being handed to customers. That?s a huge no no. I?ve been to this location many times and none of those were memorable. Tonight was a great experience. Our food was delicious.... The patio was clean and enjoyable. From start to finish our server, Brittnee was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly,attentive and came back to us at perfect timing every single time. Best service we?ve ever had at Pluckers.
