I am highly disappointed. I have been going to this place since I was young. So as of today pollo regio has lost a great... customer. When people order online it is not our fault that you do not update your website. When people pay there money for anitem they should get what they pay for. It is unprofessional for a manager to argue with a customer on what they paid for. I'vebeen ordering for years the same thing everytime. So, to see how things were handled today really opened my eyes. Customerservice is not the same anymore. I missed items in my order and I called to address the issue. Every time I order food from door dash , my Food is made Poorly!! My first order of four tacos the meat was super dry , my... second order of a burrito I felt like I was eating a avocado ???? Haven?t had food at this food in a while as I know prices has gone up on everything which I understand. The quality of the food... has went down . I got the carne asada plate it used to be very good I got that plate today and instead of receiving my asadawith rice and beans they gave me French fries with it the quality of the meat wasn?t as tasty as I remember. Don?t know whathappend to this place if the quality changed in the asada now imagine the chicken . I?ve had the entire menu and confirmed I am addicted to this place. Described as indulgent Mexican soul food. The meats are the... highlight. I am partial to their carne asada especially the baked potato that comes a whole bunch on it and make sure you addbacon. Churros are LA BOMBA and they got a fat geen sauce HOOKUP. Foods decent, but the parking situation is awful and they are slow to get you your food. The lady kept telling us 5 minuets... every time we?d ask. It took 40 minutes to get 2 things! Read more

Food is good, but I don?t understand why they always get the order wrong every damn time!!! They have lost a client because I... don?t feel like dealing with them anymore. Then they get mad when you correct them, I had a lady tell me there?s no differencewhen I ordered Refried Beans and Flour tortillas and they gave me Charro beans and corn tortillas.
