Horrible service. Manager extremely rude to not only me but her employee also. Manager basically hollering at the employee for... not taking my payment fast enough. Raised her voice when I asked for dipping sauces for my two orders of chicken strips. Herexact words " You No Ask for Dips Placing Order You No Get Dips" Now let me remind you that this was the female Manager actinglike this. The food was damn good, I haven't had fried chicken in ages but this was delicious. I was impressed by great customer service,... maybe because it was a gentleman in his mid 30's and not some lazy kid but it felt nice for once to have my order taken bysomeone who didn't just say "what da ya want? Combo or just chicken? What else?", this guy was incredibly, and surprisingly,professional and friendly. I hope all locations have people like him working the register. Definitely going back here whenever Iget the craving. Read more
Incredibly slow service at this location. If you place a mobile order expect it to take 20+ mins to prepare. And they'll accept... an order for pickup in the dining room...but it's drive through only so you'll have to wait in line at the drive through anyway.Do not recommend. Read more
The food was not good and shoddily assembled. Even better, when we got to the window our bag was missing a few items and they... were also not on the receipt?.so we ended up with half of our order and it?s not like we could?ve added anything else at thatpoint. Food is usually hot and fresh at this location. Not always, but usually. Check your order before you leave though, because they... inevitably leave something out. It's usually an extra side or a dessert that they remember to charge you for but don't rememberto make sure you actually receive. Also, ask for a receipt and don't leave without it in your hand. Because they'll argue withyou about the missing items and whether you really ordered them or not. Also, I know they don't own the parking lot, but itstill needs mention about how dangerous it is. There are huge holes, much bigger than regular pot holes, with rebar sticking upout of them. There was one hole at one of the entrance/exits that was so deep at one point, that cars were actually gettingstuck in it. I saw it happen more than once. Read more
Never again ..went for 3 peice and ordered an extra biscuit..received my order 2 legs no bigger than my fingers and a thigh that... was smaller than the legs..and no biscuit that I paid for ..had to go threw the drive thru and when I got to the window thewoman said that's the size she has and basically just stopped talking..told them to refund my money not worth 14.80 of mymoney..this place needs new leadership..I will never go back Read more
This place was packed which is good to me because it means that talks really enjoy it. The service was below okay not to mention... they got my order wrong after saying it multiple times. On top of waiting for nearly an hour to order our food, we had someweirdo jump the line on foot to order his meal. The reason, I'm giving two stars instead of one because the food was hot and theguy in the window fixed my order with no hesitation. Overall, not a great place. Read more
Another wonderful experience at my local Popeyes. The gentleman who took my order was very professional. I didn?t get his name... but he had light purple hair under his hat. My one slight small issue was that my breast was very dry. It happens. Not the endof the World. 12/07/22 at 8pm. ?? Read more
