This place wasn't that busy when we went, but it seems like they were only working on one order at a time at the window. He... didn't take our order until the car in front of us was complete. Don't think he took the order for the car behind us until wegot our order. Also the CSR wasn't very friendly. Popeyes is my favorite fried chicken stop so I hope this guy is trained towork the window better before I want fried chicken again. Read more

This location is the worst. The dining room is always closed for no reason. 7:30 on a Friday and the doors are locked. Rude... workers when you ask why. Drive through takes forever. Really want to know who the franchise owner is to file a complaint. Read more
This place in William cannon is a health hazard. They process your food without gloves. It happened twice in a year. I spoke to... manager and her response : I keep reminding her to use gloves. ????. This happened on 2 separate occasion, I gave it a secondchance and it's the same thing. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!! I reported to health department. Read more
Corporate needs to go visit this location. I drove over 15 minute away to get something to eat from this location only to find... out they were out of chicken lol. How are you out of chicken???? This was the second time that has happened the first time thesaid they were out and closed early, when I mentioned to them that online it says they close at a different time.. the girl atthe window says we are short staff smh! Someone needs to be held accountable for this! Popeyes this is not okay! Do better andnot to mention the person who was suppose to be at the window the first time I went was standing outside flirting with a guy notat the window! Best chicken and sides I've ever had. But this particular location needs to greatly improve the service. I phoned in my order... and pre paid. They told me 10 minutes. I got there in 15. I couldn't get in cause the dining room was closed. Instead I wentthru the drive thru. A long line indeed. 10 minutes to the speaker to give them my name and find out they have my order. 10 moreminutes to the window to be told to pull over and they'll bring it out to me. 10 more minutes before I got my order. 30 minutestotal ( plus 15 minutes to get there, 45 total) for an order that was suppose to be ready for pickup in 10. Going for Popeyes holiday turkey? WATCH OUT. I just bought one of their baked/fried turkeys from the Wm Cannon & So Congress... location. It was spoiled, we got sick. I returned to the location with the receipt, original packaging, and turkey and askedfor a refund. They refused to refund my VISA charge of $60. The manager stated it would have a negative impact on their dailyreceipts/revenue if she refunded the charge. They said they didn't care if i reported this incident to the health department orleft a negative review. They said they wouldn't call the corporate office to get clearance for the refund. They said if i didn'tleave, they would call the police. I said, returning a turkey for quality issues is no different then returning a bad piece ofchicken. Again, they said they didn't care. They were more interested in reporting a higher daily revenue. They offered menothing. Not even a replacement turkey. BUYER BEWARE. Other Issues: 1. Was frozen into an odd shape. It could only be cookedand served on its side. 2. I tried to return the turkey to a closer popeyes location, (Slaughter La), and the mgr said NO.This sale came from another location. Below average drive thru experience. Ordered 5 piece tenders got 3 pieces, asked for sauces non added. Didn?t know I have to... open the whole food pack and check the contents. Love popeyes, service can be better at this location. Read more
