This is the ONLY Popeyes I visit in the Austin area. They are the absolute best!! Shout out to Patricia, with whom I had a very... good conversation. She was incredibly hospitable with everyone that walked through the door. What more can you expect withsomeone who has been with Popeyes for as long as she has. I guess in order to get good food and service you need to go when Ms. Patti is there. I've been twice in past week, at night,... and service sucked and the food was even worse. I would call and complain but I do not think they would care. The young lady onthe voice box was rude. Her and the young man at window were very obviously talking about customers. Then I got my order and itwas correct but food did not taste right. Mac and cheese always look days old. This location sucks. I will not be going back. Read more
It was the worst Popeyes I?ve ever had in my life. My chicken was overfried, almost seemed like they fried their old chicken... multiple times to fool us to think they just fried it. I?ll never come back to this one and won?t recommend to anyone. Read more
I came here recently to meet up with a friend for lunch. Chicken was piping hot and had just the right amount of kick to it. ... It's been a while for me so I've forgotten how good Popeye's is, especially their rice and beans. The manager Patricia wassuper friendly and came around to chat with us when she had some time. Overall the place was very clean - tables, floors, andthe trash area, cleaner than most locations that I've been to in the Austin area. One minor gripe - I do wish they would bringback freshly brewed tea. Read more

6/11/22 around 4:34p I really wanted to come with praise but I can?t?..The meal was $14.20 for a 2 piece chicken 2sides and... PLEASE READ!!! Worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to. They overcharged me almost $15 for my meal and a manager had to come a fix it... after the cashier argued with me. They told me they didn?t have any dark meat and I said that was fine, I was ordering a 16pcmeal with two large mashed potatoes and a red beans and rice. When I got home I realized I got a large mashed potato, a smallmashed potato and a order of fries. I noticed majority of my chicken pieces were legs and I didn?t even receive 16pcs. When Imade my children their plates I found out ALL the chicken was spicy.. After this I tried calling the store multiple times and noone answered. I?ve had issues before and contacted corporate who never got back to me. I just wasted $47 on a meal that mychildren can?t even eat. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. They mess up your order, overcharge the menu price,the staff is extremely rude and arrogant and they refuse to answer the phone. Read more
They are serving hot wings instead of suitable fried chicken. Leave them baby birds alone and bring back the adult chickens!
