Been a fan of potbelly subs since the original Lincoln Ave location in Chicago. So much so that I?ve been gifted several... Potbelly gift cards over the past few years. Today I tried to use one at the MoPac location and was told it was too old. I askedthem to punch it in with the number on the back. They told me it ?didn?t work.? I went to the website and was easily able tolook up the balance. I don?t think I?ve ever been to an establishment that doesn?t honor their own gift cards. Read more
Absolutely horrendous customer service! When I first arrived I noticed that not a single person was dining in, but there were... multiple to-go/uber eats orders. I quickly learned the reason why. I approached the counter and not a single employee gave acheerful greeting or anything, not even as much as a head nod in my direction. The gentleman asked what they could start and Itold him the sandwich I had picked out (my first time here) and he asked what toppings I wanted. I asked what would peoplenormally get on it and he flatly replied, "You can choose from the list behind me." I had already seen the chalk sign andthought he misunderstood so I asked, "I gotcha, but I've never been here. What do other people normally get?" His response wasmore annoyed than before and he replied again, "You can choose from the list behind me." So I just randomly picked out what Iwanted. Pretty darn rude for an employee if you ask me. There was no thank you when I paid, again nothing at all. I chose toeat in my vehicle. I also noticed that the staff here lacked hair restraints of any kind and that a gentleman working behindthe counter was sweating profusely while preparing food. Love the Italian and the Meatball, but sometimes they skimp on the marinara. Great bread, and the shakes are really good too.... Only bad thing is it's gotten pretty expensive in recent years, about 15 bucks for a combo with chips/drink. Read more
