Food truck is setup outside of Pat\'s games. I tried it first last week and was absolutely blown away by how good the food is.... My favorite is the salt and pepper fish sandwich and the shrimp tacos. Come out and show some love to this business!!! Read more
My wife Corey and I camped out at Windy Point this past weekend and met Winn and Josh who run Radfish food truck. Now, I?m a... foodie which also means I love to cook and I don?t impress easy but I was very impressed with the food quality and compositionout of Radfish. The chuck for our bacon avocado burger is hand ground and handmade, no frozen patties. Now I?m the harshestcritic of fish tacos but the tilapia tacos out of Radfish were THE best I?ve tasted. I definitely recommend this big red Food Truck. My husband loves the Bacon Cheeseburger. I\'m really into the Fish Sandwich (or... maybe the tacos).
