Food is always good, however, I did an online mobile order and there was nobody in the drive-through I went through the... drive-through and I let them know I was there to pick up a mobile order. They said it was inside. I go inside and they were allstanding around on their cell phones when they could?ve easily gave me my food through the drive-through window they just werebeing lazy. This is the first and last time I would ever use the mobile services for them. It really does no good. Read more

I'm pretty sure they got the chicken fingers from the same place that Zaxby's does because they're way overpriced for the size.... And maybe about two and a half inches long on average and about 1 in wide to an inch and a quarter depending on the tenderloins.Considering chicken tenderloins are about $1.79 -$2 at HEB a pound I think that they're inflating the price a little too highfor what you really get. The fries tasted like they were double cooked. Pretty tough fries but they were very hot and I'massuming that they have a really hot heat lamp also. Read more

This is probably one of my favorite fast food joints. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. I like the Texas toast in all the boxes... and the Cane?s sauce is delicious. Read more

Wow. My first 4 star review. Much better than I expected. Chicken lightly battered, moist, and not greasy. Dipping sauce tasty.... Cole slaw had flavor unlike other places. Fries good. And it's been over 24hrs and I don't have diarrhea which means they mustbe using a low toxicity oil. Read more

Fast fried chicken mmmm. Always crispy and delicious. They got my order wrong a few times but it's all basically the same thing... so I wasn't upset. 3 piece chicken strip box isn't a sandwich but their sandwiches have 3 chicken strips on it. Just got anextra bun and some picked which was nice. Read more

During my last visit to Austin we decided it was time for some crispy, crunchy, juicy, fried chicken. We had been to this... location a few other times before the dining room was reopened. This was my first visit where we sat down to eat. Both opted forthe strip combo baskets. They were just as yummy as they were on our drive thru visits. Fries were fresh and hot, chickens wereperfectly crispy and flavorful, coleslaw chopped and creamy as expected. The associates behind the counter were courteous andproperly masked. Our order came up quickly as they were not super busy when we ordered. While we were eating there were 2associates to come out and sanitize the dining room. They both carried the little container of cleanser wipes that looks like alittle hazmat container. Cute. The first cleared a table, wiped it down, then the seats, and threw away the towelette. Seemsprotocol to me. High-five to that guy. Now find me 3 more people so I can borrow their thumbs to turn down at the second personto "clean". First, they were obviously unhappy about wearing their mask so they did so incorrectly. Second, they had absolutelyno business cleaning anything and I sincerely hope they get some constructive retraining on the importance of doing a jobcorrectly. (I never saw a name tag so I can't be specific, but if management wants to cross reference time sheets & schedules,we were there 12:20p 03-06) Upon choosing the first table to clean (the one directly in front of us) they begrudgingly whippedthe towelette from the container and promptly dropped it on the floor. They then picked up said towelette and used the "floorside" to wipe off the table with a few lazy swipes (there were dry spots indicating the entire top had not been cleaned), thenmoved on to the bench seat. That same towelette was then swiped across the next table and seats, then further used on a tablewhere no one was even sitting. 1 towelette that had started off on the floor used to "clean" no less than 3 Read more

The best fried chicken chain I have ever had. Period. Wish there was one where I live. For now I have to settle for visiting... just when I visit family/friends. They have a simple menu, but they do it all so great and consistently. I've been there dozensof times and they've only ever messed up my order maybe twice. Otherwise it's always perfect and delicious. They are alwaysSuper friendly and never in a fake way. I love going through the drive through where they have some random funny catch phrase.Makes me giggle every time. Read more
