Food is delicious, music great, atmosphere and decoration awesome! Owners please consider to hire more than one waiter for a 35... people location during lunch time in the weekend, if not, it doesn?t matter how great product you have, I wouldn?t come backjust because of the customer service, again the girl was doing her best to keep it up when serving 27 people at the same time byherself, by the way she also brings the check and collect the money, if you come, enjoy and bring tons of patient, kudos for thewaiter ! I have been going to this place for a while. I just moved to Austin and this is definitely my go-to place for comfort Colombian... food. I am originally from Colombia and I can say the sancocho is my favorite of this place. It tastes so close to one homecooked on leña in Colombia. Definitely recommend this restaurant to the Colombian people in Austin and other ethnicities totaste!!! They also have CHONTADURO ???????????? mis caleños saben lo que es ???? you can also find cerveza poker (first beer Iever had in my life lol) and chuleta valluna, etc. Read more

Nice little restaurant. They give you plantain chips while waiting for your meal. We had the maduros con queso appetizer. It was... an interesting flavor combination. I had the arepa rellana pollo and my husband had the arepa rellana carne. They are huge andcome with a side salad. An appetizer wasn't necessary with how big the arepas are. Been coming here multiple times. There was a females chef and her food was amazing. Now not so much. Rice was old and hard.... Beans were not cooked. Rice tasted old. After raising these concerns, all they do was apply 10% off my bill end tho 3 plates offood were inedible. Will not be returning. Read more
Coming from Queens, NY I have missed amazing Colombian food. This location has flavorful dishes such as the Hen soup that?s a... traditional plate. Plaza Colombia restaurant/tiki bar in South Austin doesn?t compare to this restaurant. Although I have nottried all of there plates I was 100% satisfied.
