I like this place. Reasonably-priced mall food. The chicken teriyaki is great. Tried a teriyaki shrimp and beef combination,... which was good, but the portions were understably small. Chicken is by far the best way to go. Read more

I was excited to try this place after reading reviews, but was really disappointed. If you're looking for good prep line mall... food, you'll like it. If you're looking for authentic teriyaki (Japan or Pacific NW), skip it. I received chunks of variouschicken parts smothered in a runny salty sauce. The steamed veggies consisted of boiled shredded lettuce and carrots (thinkbagged lettuce slaw mix) with two sad, soggy broccoli florets. There wasn't a line when I first arrived, but I'll be nice andassume the staff was having a bad day. The one great thing - the sticky rice was perfect! Read more

I don't find myself eating at chain restaurants much, but recently I was in a pinch to grab a bite before watching a movie and... wanted to try something new at the food court that wasn't Chick-fil-A, so I went with Sarku Japan. The Teriyaki Chicken istheir best seller and they also sell it in a double meat portion for $10.28 which was very filling, I didn't even get to finishmy rice. It tasted good and it did its job in being quick, filling, and satisfying. You can also get a regular portion for $8.29if you'd like. Although I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, it's a good spot to check out if you are also at the mall andfind yourself to be pretty hungry. With that said, I'll give them a 3.75/5 for having good and great qualities. Read more

Very poor food quality. Chicken is undercooked, vegetables undercooked. Rice was soggy. Teriyaki sauce was watered-down, runny,... and not a hint of sweetness. That being said, staff was fast and friendly. Read more

The shrimp teriyaki with white rice is horrible. The shrimps were under cooked and slimy. I noticed that there was a small... sign near the register that states "don't ask for well-done." So, I guess I'm not the only person who thinks this is a problem, and apparently they ain't changing. Read more

Not bothering with this place anymore. I asked for extra chicken and this is what I got. I?ve been coming here for years and... this isn?t what extra chicken has looked like in the past. So I went to ask, maybe there was a change in policy, and I felt asthough I was just shrugged off to get me out of the way. I get that it?s busy and you?re trying to get food out for everyone butif I?m getting charged extra then I should get what I?m paying for. Not sure where things started to go down hill but the flavorin the food was also lacking. Overall, just a really unpleasant experience when I?ve had great experiences here before. Read more

It's what you'd expect from a fast Asian Cuisine establishment inside of a mall. Food tastes good, no complaints. Decent sized... portions as well, so considering the amount you receive, it's fairly priced. This meal definitely hits the spot when you'recraving that Mall Asian Food taste. Read more

Great experience and Delicious food!! I came here with my family and all were very happy when we left! There was a very long... line, but that was expected as this food is really good! You definitely get what you pay for as far as portion, taste, anddefinitely worth the wait! Based on all the reviews here, it can be a hit or miss depending on what days you go on, but I'venever had a negative experience here. Costumer service never fails as they're always courteous! Come with time, expect there tobe a line, be respectful to the employees, and there's no reason why you should have a negative experience! They are taking goodprecautionary measures due to the pandemic as well. All in all, I definitely recommend this place! Read more
