What a find! I do like Whataburger, but we decided to explore the place next door because 20 cars were in line. ???? Sandy?s was... great. I got the burger and fries?both delicious and the fries kind of made me think of how McDonald?s were when I was a kid inthe 80s. Everything was really hot and fresh. Best burger that I have had in a long time. And even though I'm lactose intolerant I just had to a root beer float (haven't had... one since I was a kid). Even though I couldn't finish it all it was worth the minor discomfort & brought back such fondmemories. Fast & friendly service (used the walk up option instead of the drive thru). This gal will wait for a chili cheese burger and wait she did ????????. The drive thru was packed out @9pm and the service... seemed to be a family working their gears! Pricing was wonderful and a throwback to "back in the day" we all got chili cheeseburgers and root beer floats for 4 we came out right around $40. Definitely did not miss the fries my guy! Read more
Much better than the What-A-Burger right next to this place. Has very cheap prices for a decent hamburger, fries, and drink... combo. My total was only about $7 and the food came nice and warm, and I enjoyed it on the picnic tables that they had in theback. Read more
