Showed up after my friends ordered just in time for the pizza to arrive. LOVE THIS PLACE! :0)
At the time of this writing, the address and phone number on file for this business is wrong. We tried calling before we headed... there but the phone number could not be called. We decided to go there anyway since it wasn't that far away, so we followed ournavigation but when we got there no such place even existed. When the business owner doesn't even bother making sure their phonerings and their business is placed property on the map, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't care about the quality of theirfood either. Sarpino's has replaced all the other "fast food" pizza joints like Papa Johns, Dominos and Pizza Hut in this household. I had... never heard of Sarpino's before and by random chance my wife ordered one of their Calzones. She kept raving about how good itwas so we ordered a couple for dinner one night and I gotta say, these are the best calzone's I've ever had. We've ordered themexclusively for the last, I'd say, 10 times we've eaten there. Tonight we decided to order one of their pizzas because we werein a Pizza mood and it was WAY better than the typical pizza places. Highly impressed at the quality of the ingredients likethe mushrooms and banana peppers which seems weird for me since this seems like a generic chain pizza shop. It definitelydoesn't taste like a generic chain pizza shop. Delivery is always fast and the food is always piping hot. Great job Sarpino'steam, keep up the great work! Read more
On an anniversary weekend..after several horrible meals..we had Sarpino’s. It wasn’t our first pick but let me just say..you... all made us forget the rest of our failed meals. Pizza was amazing, arrived too hot to eat and the choc cake was yum! Bravo youall..saved our weekend by ending on a 5 star meal :) Read more
Food is always awesome and delivery is usually super fast. I've tried all their pizzas (the house special is my favorite) and... most of their other menu items lol. Everything is fresh and cooked well, I've yet to have a bad experience ordering here,weather it be peak times on a Saturday, or Wednesday as soon as they open. They are always on point. Read more
While I generally do enjoy their pizzas, I constantly get emails about promotional items which cannot be found on the site. When... I called the store, I'm told it's not something they carry. Just seems an odd marketing strategy to advertise items that youdon't carry. Pretty disappointing. Otherwise they would have a 5 star review, but false advertisement is a quick way to dropstars. So I don't get the extra sauces I pay for plus I'm treated to a burnt pizza and I call them to fix the situation. No problem!... We'll replace it, but now I'm no longer home so they promise to fix it at a later time when I can get it. Cool. I couldn't askfor more to be done than that. I'm thinking "I can live with that". Fast forward two weeks and when I call to get the remake Iwas promised, remember I received a burnt pizza originally, I am told they can't help me because NOW it turns out someone didn'tnotate my account. So to recap, they mess up my order, forget to bring items I paid for and when I call to have them make goodthey can't because one of their employees, yet again, messed up. Like it was ME who over cooked the pie, it was ME who didn'tbring the whole order and it was ME who neglected to enter a note into their computer system. "Best I can do is discount theorder for you" nah.... You're not getting anymore of my money buddy. If you're thinking of ordering here do yourself a favor,call Papa John's! They took their phone number down so you can’t just order a pizza, and when you try to go online it just freezes up.
