I really wish I would have read the reviews before eating here. We were seated quickly Server dropped off water didn’t say a... word After waiting we realized we had to order off phone. We notice there is an auto 15% tip You must pay for food beforedelivery online with order I am not a big fan of auto tip as there is no incentive to provide decent service when you alreadypaid. I was proven right. A gentleman drops off food no word I ask for fried wontons for my egg drop soup he rolls eyes andwithout saying a word takes off. Finally comes back and says “all gone” The food was ok, fried dumplings were a little overcooked. You should be warned this place also charged ANOTHER 15% for the online payment!! So 30% of tab was fees!!! Never againcoming to this place. Read more

Average dim sum place. I would go if I’m craving for dim sum but their service quality is very unstable. The 6 mini dumplings... I’m showing in the photo worth $13, pre-tax. They taste pretty mediocre, and they were already cold when I got them after thewait. They seem to frequently be super short staffed. Sometimes there are only 5-6 tables seated but their kitchen is alreadyat capacity. You’ll need to wait for nearly an hour to be able to eat something. I order food from them very frequently and Ialso noticed that their food portions are getting smaller and smaller despite the ridiculous high prices. It’s still my favdim sum place in Austin cuz it’s close, but still it can get improvements in so many aspects. I see that they are asking foradvice in the reviews. I’d say food quality/service/pricing, if you manage to improve any one of the three you’ll do a muchbetter job. Read more

Food is good, but like everyone said, it is pricey. Meal came to be 140+ for 2 people. There was also a 15 dollar service charge... for who knows what. Food came out fast and then we never saw anybody afterwards. Read more

The best dim sum I’ve had so far in Austin! Everything came out quickly and was super fresh and hot. The shrimp shumai had big... chunks of fresh shrimp. They have authentic dishes like chicken feet and century egg congee, which I’ve been struggling tofind in Austin. The dining room is very spacious and there is a lot of parking. Will be coming back! Food was delicious!! This is our favorite restaurant and we come from San Antonio we drive an hour and 20 Minss but so worth... it!! We Also got the shrimp Shuimi and black bean ribs !! The service is amazing! Food nice and hot//Fresh! Read more

A lot of parking spaces for sure and we got there super early, right as they opened. Very friendly staff and got got seated... pretty quickly. You can the bar code and order and paid directly. I would recommend order and pay as you go. Is prettyeasy. The restaurant has some funky smell as we walked in, but gave it a try anyways. Plus, we didn't get sick afterwards, sothat's a good sign... lol! Food was decent, but a but pricey. I will definitely try other places before coming back. Read more

After leaving Austin airport my Tesla took me to the closest supercharger. It happened to be across the street from this... restaurant. So while my Tesla was charging we walked across the street and decided to check it out. Thou I was not impressedwith the decor we still tried it. The ordering process was very different than any other experience. You must order using the QRcode and pay. The two servers came back n forth to check on us to see if we had any questions which made the process smooth. Iordered the soup dumplings for my son, vegetable fried noodles and added chicken for me and my son also ordered the sesamechicken which came with steamed rice and broccoli . The servings were huge and everything tasted fresh and was delicious ( notover seasoned) . The servers were extremely nice and helpful and from the time I placed and paid for my order it took about 15mins for our food to come out.
