Today, I ordered via favor and it was definitely a terrible experience. I have never eaten a gyro that did not taste good, today... was my first experience. I highly recommend quality assurance checks with food orders to prevent things like this fromoccurring. I asked for hot & white sauce, my order hardly contained any of the white sauce, 95% just hot. There were black burntballs in my gyro and the burger tasted very unpleasant. One thing that really upsets me is that there’s no excuses for thislack of quality of food and not getting the order correct. Employee offered to replace the order if I came to the store.However, I ordered via a food app service. That would be very inconvenient for me when this restaurant could have checked thequality before serving customers the good. Not super impressed. Food is expensive, and the gyro wrap was less than what I expected. The spit wasn't even in use. The meat... was chopped up and heated on a flat top. I was expecting long, thin slices of meat like a traditional gyro wrap. The side offries was nearly $6!! Read more
