Today, I ordered via favor and it was definitely a terrible experience. I have never eaten a gyro that did not taste good, today... was my first experience. I highly recommend quality assurance checks with food orders to prevent things like this fromoccurring. I asked for hot & white sauce, my order hardly contained any of the white sauce, 95% just hot. There were black burntballs in my gyro and the burger tasted very unpleasant. One thing that really upsets me is that there’s no excuses for thislack of quality of food and not getting the order correct. Employee offered to replace the order if I came to the store.However, I ordered via a food app service. That would be very inconvenient for me when this restaurant could have checked thequality before serving customers the good. I ordered the beef Schwarma wrap and it's was just okay, not over the top flavorful and it was kind of tiny for $13 (after tax... and tip). The cashier seemed to not be able to understand my question "what's white sauce, you know like ingredients"? Anotherguy there helped out but his English did not seem much better. I bearely caught the word "yogurt" between his garbled response.My suggestions to you Shishman is to learn the basics of communicating in English and know what and how each menu item isprepared. This place is amazing! I was looking for new places to try and it's a winner. We ordered a chicken plate and a falafel plate,... which includes the protein chicken/falafel, salad, a pita, and some really delicious rice. The portiona are generous, andeverything is great. We chose both the spicy red and the white sauce, next time I might get the spicy sauce on the side becauseit is really spicy, but also really good! The employee was very pleasant, we were able to walk in and order at a little kioskwhich was fast and easy, I don't really like ordering online or over the phone, so it sort of streamlined the process. Not super impressed. Food is expensive, and the gyro wrap was less than what I expected. The spit wasn't even in use. The meat... was chopped up and heated on a flat top. I was expecting long, thin slices of meat like a traditional gyro wrap. The side offries was nearly $6!! Read more
