One of the best pizza places in Austin! We ordered The Hippie and it was absolutely amazing. The friendly guy at the counter... made sure to explain our options thoroughly and answered any questions we had. Considering how packed it was at Meanwhile ourpizza came out so quickly and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend grabbing a side of ranch! It is hands down one of thebest ranches I have ever had and would seriously come back for that ranch alone. must try ???? Read more

First off I will admit that I feel that pizza should be like Mexican food, cheap and bountiful. Occasionally, I\'ll treat myself... to a boujee pie like via 313 and regret the heaviness of the aftermath. This was the first meat lovers pie aka \"the meatsweats\" that I didn\'t feel lethargic after eating. The meats were crispily wood fired and well seasoned w herbs. The secondpie was \" the pepp\" w cripsy peperonies that curled into concave pools of delcious gushing grease w burnt ends. The crust wasa nice balance of kwiiispy on the outside with gooooey on the inside w the structural integrity to hold up the loaded toppings. The rrd sauce was light and flavorful. The ranch dipping sauce was creamy and herby and tasted homeade. We also ordered a cesarsalad that was quickly delivered upon payment. We thought it was pre made with how quick it was given to us, but it tasted freshw it\'s parmesean crisp and wood fired lemon. My only gripe is that I felt there should have been more salad for $10. I\'m finew splurging on an artisan pizza pie, but a bed of lettuce shouldn\'t cost so much. It would be a 5/5 if I didn\'t feel like theyskimped me on the roughage of that delicious cesar salad. Side Eye Pie is our new favorite pizza spot in Austin.\n\nWe were disappointed when Dough Boys closed as we loved their pizza,... but now having done Side Eye Pie for both dinner and brunch ? wow, what an outstanding replacement!\n\nFood (5 out of 5) ? thelunch and dinner pizzas are outstanding. Of the lunch and dinner pizzas, we?ve tried the Side Eye, Original Marg, Hippie and theLocal Trip. The Caesar salad is also exceptional with a perfect hint of lemon. Side Eye also does brunch on Sat and Sun, whichwe tried today ? OMG it was exceptional. The German Potato Pizza with the mustard bacon cream sauce, fontina and parm cheesewith confit fingerling potatoes is my new favorite. They also have a pancake (large, thick almost like a cake) that was uniqueand surprisingly delicious. Sorry about the pics ? I was hangry and didn?t take many. The pic of the pancake is after it wasalmost gone ? d?oH!\n\nService (5 out of 5) ? seems like the same quality crew as Doughboys with a much larger trailer and oven. The much larger oven seems to have helped with keeping up with the high demand for the amazing pizzas as the long waits thatwere common with Dough Boys now seem much shorter.\n\nBeer / drinks (5 out of 5) ? Meanwhile beer is consistently excellent andthe evolving selection here is great. Read more

This is my first time here and I was excited to try the pizza. However when the pizza arrive, I was extremely disappointed. It?s... a fantastic pizza if you want to sauce pizza. There was virtually no cheese on it as the photo illustrates. The crust and saucehad a nice flavor and I would?ve probably rated it five star if the pizza actually had cheese. For the $19 I spent, not happywith my purchase.\n\nI think the staff should be pointing out to anybody ordering a margarita pizza that there is virtually nocheese. Read more

So happy to see Tony making a comeback from DoughBoys to now Side Eye Pie!\nHis new trailer is INCREDIBLE and with the larger... size, it definitely feels like there will be shorter wait times. Additionally, Side Eye Pie has apps and salads to help buy timeto perfect those pies!\n\n- Side Eye [$21] - this pizza is VERY tasty, and this comes from someone who is not a huge Italiansausage fan.\n- The Garden [$17] - made with fresh and local ingredients, this was a lighter option pie\n- Side Eye Caesar [12?]- with chili-parm crisps and pizza croutons, this is one of the best Caesar salads I?ve had in a while!\n\nThe pizzas were alittle darker than I wanted on the bottom BUT this was the second day of them operating. Knowing where Tony comes from, I haveno doubt that the future pizzas will be primo.\nLooking forward to see their growth and success! Read more
