I tried it years ago and it was terrible. I gave it another shot this week by purchasing a surprise bag and unfortunately it is... still terrible. I?m so glad I didn?t pay full price! One of the dishes I got was the chicken burrito bowl?.I mean, how do youmess that up?? It was terrible. I ate it anyway because it was edible still and I hate wasting money. Zero flavor. I think anyone looking for a well balanced or healthy meal would really enjoy this place! So for my first time coming to Snap,... I was greeted and asked if I need any help. The meal selection is easy - basically you pick out what you think you?ll like fromtheir fridge of pre-prepped food (which there?s a lot to choose from! I personally got an item that had chicken and rice but Irecall it was really good!) You can dine in or take your food with you on the go. Plus, I think anyone would appreciate thecleanliness of the establishment. I think the prices are fair too. i?ve always had great experiences with snap kitchen and this location. i?ve been picking up meals here every week for almost a... year. the food is fresh, healthy, perfectly portioned, and delicious. orders are always ready on time, staff are alwaysfriendly, and the 2 times something was accidentally missing from my order, they promptly credited my account and apologized forthe error without issue. I had two different times where my food did not get delivered. The first time was due to weather, which I completely understand.... However; the second time customer service could not give me a reason why it did not get delivered. After i asked for a refundthey said, it was due to delivery company being backed up. Not until i reached out to them, is when they let me know what wasgoing on...this is unacceptable service, specially if someone is budgeting their food weekly and you say nothing until i reachout to you for status. The customer service chat people said i would get my refund 5-10 business days later, as if i paid 5-10business later after my meals got delivered. That?s a comment/script that is always used, they have issued a refund in the pastand was credited immediately since it was a debit transaction.
