Today is the third time I've been here when they "didn't have ice cream". They are constantly understaffed, which might not be... their fault but you may be waiting 20+ minutes. I decided to get a sweet tea since they couldn't make a shake, and I was givenan unsweet tea that was well over-steeped. Very gross. This Sonic needs new management. Read more
I?ve came here a few times and the drinks are always wet on the outside and it makes my hand sticky, not a good... experience. They?re also not the friendliest when they take your order. There?s definitely better sonics to go to than thisone. Read more
This place needs to be shut down so that something else can take it's place. The he staff ignores orders coming in and hides in... the store from customers. I've waited 45min for 2 drinks and there wasn't a car outside. I waited out of principal, I hadalready paid through the app. I've seen people drive up with online orders as well and they just leave after about 30-45 min ofwaiting. You know they already paid because the screen stays stuck at 'in the kitchen ' and the persons name that drove off.Avoid this place if you want any kind of service. This is consistently the slowest sonic I?ve ever been to in my entire life. I keep going back to try and give them the benefit... of the doubt but every single time I?m there for 25-35 min, if you know you?re behind. Let the customer know when they orderthat way people aren?t sitting there expecting there food to come out in 5-10 min like it does at every other sonic I have everbeen to. Read more

I ordered ahead of time on the app and they were not very busy when i pulled up and they messed up my order quite a bit. My... drinks came out diet and my fries were supposed to be tots:( they also put what i thought was a delicious piece of bacon but infact upon further inspection was just a piece of burnt bits on my burger:( not very happy. hires some very strange people. An older man that works there has said some inappropriately flirty comments to me. On top of... that the service is monumentally bad. I live very close but when i want sonic now i drive to the jollyville rd location instead.I literally can get my meal quicker in that drive than i could waiting at this sonic for it, with no other cars there.
