We tried placing an order and after stating 2 combos for our family of 4, we were given the total ($16.22) and she disconnected.... I didn?t get to say no tomato and no mayo. We pressed the button again and got a different girl on the intercom and had tostart the order again. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for my meal on August 18,2022! I had to leave the store and request a refund online for the... amount I paid as I was not going to wait any longer. I was not the only person who waited for a long period for their meal. Atleast 6 other folks, who waited for the same amount of time or more, had to go into the store to get an update and eventuallyget their long overdue meal. There was only one employee delivering all customers? meals to their cars. Will not recommendthis Sonic due to its long wait times. Read more
