I'm giving this location 4 ?'s instead of 5 because their equipment needs some work. If you are lucky enough to pick a parking... spot where the red button actually works, then everything else should be fine from that point on (yes I know how to pushbuttons, just ask my boyfriend ????). Read more

This place straight garbage waiting over 30min for a order I didn't get worker's so slow doing even care about no one and only 3... cars were there you figured for a good neighborhood good service... WRONG!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN Read more

Ordered a blue raspberry slush and they gave me ocean water instead. Had issues with them bringing mobile orders out. Not the... best sonic but not the worst either. Read more

We tried placing an order and after stating 2 combos for our family of 4, we were given the total ($16.22) and she disconnected.... I didn?t get to say no tomato and no mayo. We pressed the button again and got a different girl on the intercom and had tostart the order again. Clearly, the first employee either doesn?t care nor like her job or missed the order-taking customerservice training. Read more

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for my meal on August 18,2022! I had to leave the store and request a refund online for the... amount I paid as I was not going to wait any longer. I was not the only person who waited for a long period for their meal. Atleast 6 other folks, who waited for the same amount of time or more, had to go into the store to get an update and eventuallyget their long overdue meal. There was only one employee delivering all customers? meals to their cars. Will not recommendthis Sonic due to its long wait times. Read more

So this is my 2nd recent experience with Sonic , and they won't be getting my business again. I was hoping the issues were... isolated to one location, but that doesn't seem to be the case. If you downloaded the app thinking ordering ahead will save youtime, you can go ahead and just get that out of your head now. I ordered 1 shake. Literally one shake, 40 minutes ago .Understaffed or not, there's no way in hell it takes 40 minutes to make a single shake. Sonics lost whatever it used to have.Honestly they shouldn't be called sonic, they might get taken to court for false advertising on their company name alone. Edit:after finally getting the shake it wasn't even a substance close to even cold much less ice cream everything in it and meltedtogether and it was absolutely disgusting , forget the refund, these people arejt worth the certain headache it would've been.Left the inedible 45+ minute old shake ,which was it that point just about as warm as the Texas summer air around me ,at thedoor for them. I placed an order via the Sonic app. A simple order with several details. A route 44 drink with easy ice, extra peach flavor and... strawberries. I asked for a specific number of dipping sauces and every detail was fulfilled. I have 0 complaints! Thewaitresses apologized for the short wait but the food was made fresh and was not sitting in a storage drawer waiting to beserved. I'll gladly wait for fresh cooked food even if it is from a Sonic and not a major restaurant. I love how the app had atipping option on it now. I never carry cash on me and always felt really bad for not giving a tip to my waitresses. The exittrash can wasn't overflowing like other location so I could actually throw away my trash. This was a surprise to me due to thatI arrived at the lunch hour rush! Read more

Left a very positive review from two years ago but this place has gone downhill since. Our food was lukewarm and just about all... of the mozzarella sticks we ordered were empty and just fried bread which was extremely disappointing. I don't even know howthat happens but every bite taken they were all hollow and stiff like they had been sitting for awhile. The tater tots were coldand the burger was not worth it, they gave me the wrong size in mozz aswell for my second order and I wish I had said somethingto staff but I felt like we sat there too long to be able to say anything. Not worth the money at all, felt like we just wastedour time and money. Read more
