The the best part of town. Homeless all around and with that they dont have any chairs or tables to sit and it at. If you want... to sit in the car and eat that would be my recommendation. Read more

Slow service today. I made my order in the app. Checked in when I got there. 22 minutes later, for only 3 corn dogs and a drink... not here yet. in my app several minutes prior the app notification said my order is being delivered then it said delivered. Ihad to go ask them where it was. They had a bit of an attitude with me. The server was friendly. But someone canceled-OK'd myorder and I never received it. So did they do this to make their stats look better? Then forget about me? I believe so... almost30 minutes to get my order and leave. The people in the drive up, in and out. What about me? This Sonic location has improved drastically within the last few months. I had stopped coming here about a year ago because the... experience had gotten so bad (wait times, incorrect food, etc), but I've started coming back and it's a whole new experience.Also, I like that I can tip now at the stall. Received part of our order 5 minutes after we ordered. Clicked the button and informed them that our burger was missing from our... order and was told it would be right out. Waited about 20 minutes until I got out of the car to request a refund from a manager.Manager never came out, was just sending one of the employees back and forth to provide me with information. She asked me if Iwould take $5.10 for the refund of the burger which I accepted. The young girl was polite and apologized and I told her itwasn't her fault. She said that they were short staffed which I understand. All you have to do is disclose that when orderingand that it will be a bit of a wait. However, making me wait 20 mins for a burger and bringing food out to other customers thatarrived after me is unacceptable. And a manager not showing face when a customer has a complaint is unacceptable as well.Sending an employee to do your job when she's at a lower wage is very unprofessional. By the way, first Sonic to mess up myorder. EVER. Read more

I'm conflicted, the service wasn't great. However there were only 2 people running the restaurant when i came through today.... One bellhop and the cook. All things considered, they did a pretty good job. Read more

I ordered a shake online and for whatever reason, they couldn?t fulfill my order. They then gave me a burrito instead. Excellent... customer service. 10/10 Read more

I want to tell the manager Solaz about the great employees working there at Sonic. This crew deserves a fast food award there... was only 4 to 5 people there and they were tackling all these consumers. I want to give a customer to staff an A+ out toChristina who was taking orders and also working hard to serve the customers hot food. They were so short staffed. My othercustomer satisfaction A+ rating goes to all the other staff. They had a great attitude and they were very much into the jobs andmaking sure that customers were satisfied. Now my window is dirty and I was really in a hurry but not so much in a hurry that Ican't say thank you for your hard work. The place of business was clean and I would hope to have the same staff theredelivering me my food. Thanks Sonic staff. Read more

Great customer service.. I ordered at the walk up area .. ordered a footlong chili dog and tots to go. Pedro was very polite..... got my order right ... gave me plenty of ketchup napkins and utensils... great service will definitely return soon Read more
