I arrived and had to wait 20mins. Then started to call the store when someone came on the speaker to take my order. Didn't... receive an apology for making me wait. Then my 44oz drink was filled to the top with ice so I didn't receive much to drink. Ikept my receipt. Tried calling store but just rang then disconnected after so long. Read more

This Sonic is in my neighborhood, so I enjoy going there. They're service is great! (As usual for Sonics that I've been to)

I waited nearly an hour for a pre-paid order at Sonic, and then after talking to three different Sonic employees about it, I... left the restaurant without ever receiving my order. Their customer service and online feedback systems were about asfrustrating. The one through the app was entirely pointless, never received a reply. The one through the website asked for orderinformation, so I forwarded them the full order receipt with all information. Cool, no problem. Then they proceeded to hassle mefor several emails over my email address not matching the masked one that the app registers with....even though they had thereceipt with all relevant information. Eventually got a refund, have excused myself from ever being a Sonic customer again. Read more

Pre-ordered a burger and some chicken nuggets in the app, checked in at the stall and waited 42 minutes for cold food. Been... coming here 5 years since I live close by, won't be coming back. Read more

Nash is the nicest, most courteous person. I?m thankful for his great service and kindness. He encouraged me to use the Sonic... app, now I receive half price drinks all of the time! Wouldn't recommend if you have the ability to go to another location if suggest it. Over the last decade this location has... gotten worse. The orders say they are done but aren't delivered to the car until 6 or so mins later after a 20 minute wait. Theyoften are not able to maintain the menu items and will not have items available consistently. Read more
