Just got back in town from late flight, and pulled in at 10:59pm; the lights were on,but no cars. I asked an employee if they... were still open and he said "yes, for one more minute". They said it was no problem, though, and were very courteous. Now, Iknow how it must feel to have someone come by 1 minute before you close, but they were really nice about it. Great customerservice. I highly recommend this location...BUT, be nice and don't pull up at 10:59, like me. Read more
There is nothing like a nostalgic drive in burger joint that has reasonable prices and excellent service. You have the option to... sit at a bench if you wish. Read more
Almost the worst Sonic ever. Always very slow Frequently ?out of things?. Not special items?eggs, milk. I gave one star bc... early morning crew on weekday shift has it together. I know it?s very busy and people are short staffed, but this is beyond. Read more
I was there a couple of days ago and I ordered a burger, 2 sliders, 2 hot dogs and tots which I verbally conveyed on the order... box and after a 20 minute wait a carhop came out and forgot my sliders and tots so she went back in and I thought it was to getmy missing items but she came out again and said that canceled my order and I had to reorder but I didn't feel like waitinganother 20 minutes so I left. She said there were only 2 ladies delivering food but IMO the manager or one of the cooks couldcome out to help as I'm sure just like other businesses, customers are the most important part. Good spot to get a happy hour drink. Service times are varied. Sometimes really quick, other times not so much.
They gave me half of an order because they were ?out of chicken? and never refunded me. It has been weeks and they are ignoring... my inquiries to be respected. Honestly, it?s the only time in my entire life that a restaurant has had no integrity at all, whenthey didn?t even serve me half of what I paid for. Read more
Very disappointed! I ordered two meals for a friend and I and was so embarrassed with what I was given. I ordered chili cheese... fries and was given fries with gold dried cheese. My gravy was so old it was in clumps! I could literally pick it up with afork. I think our meals were left sitting out for at least 5 minutes. The screen had said our order was on the way out with ourserver Hope but she came out like 10 minutes later. Overall Very disappointed in this service and how the matter was handled. Read more
