Arrived at restaurant when order was supposed to be ready. For this restaurant, you can only order online. When I went in they... looked confused and hadn?t even started the order. We ordered a bowl of soup and two sandwiches with two bags of chips. It took40 minutes. The sandwiches are about the size of your palm. The potato soup is not good. It tasted like pure vegetables and wassuper watery with tons of oil on top. They also left out a bag of chips. $40.00 later...never again. Read more
I tried the Soup Shop for the very first time. I will definitely be returning. They have some of the most delicious chicken... noodle soup and amazing grilled cheese sandwiches. I tried this pizza grilled cheese that I was actually second-guessing butonce I bit into, it was simply amazing. They also provide great customer service. Read more
I ordered food to be delivered. It wasn't until it was time to eat that we realized they didn't give us a soup. Apparently they... were out, but there was no courtesy call, or a call for a replacement! So have a can of soup handy, you may not get your soup.Also, we added extras like avocado, onions, extra bread, chips and we received none of the extras. We were refunded the extras,but never got the original slice of bread that went with the soup. So good luck getting what you ordered. Read more
I could have not been introduced to The Soup Shop at a better time, it has been a staple in my household, especially on cooler... days. I have yet to decide which soup is my favorite between the Taco Loco, gumbo or the good ol' classic Chicken noodle soup. Idefinitely recommend you stop by and try it yourself and while you are at it, grab a three cheese grilled sandwich as well,thank me later! Read more
I?ve tried several soups and sandwiches and they?re all amazing! The unique grilled cheese sandwiches are toasted perfectly. I... specifically love the pizza one and the jalapeño popper one. I was so excited to find out about this place. I love soup! Haha. But, was very disappointed to find that they were closed when... we went to pick up food that we ordered online. ???? Google and their website said they were open and the website allowed me toorder. I?d still love to try this place at some point, but not the best first impression for me. Read more
