I come here weekly to do some work over a cup of coffee. This has been my routine for years except during covid when indoor... seating was closed. Lately is like an Always Sunny in Philadelphia parody as nearly everyone working here seems to be trying tomake the worst possible experience for customers and each other. They run out of ingredients a bit too frequently, loudly speakpoorly about customers, gossip about each other, pick fights, and have generally made this spot unenjoyable to be. The latestbatch of employees is particularly drama prone and unprofessional, and the good ones seem to flee quickly. I?ve started to go tothe indie coffee shop next door because the vibes are a lot better. Read more

Witnessed a female barista there verbally mistreating a homeless woman who had come in asking respectfully and unobtrusively for... ice. When it was my turn to order I told her that her response was not appropriate and I wanted a cup of ice to give to thehomeless woman she had refused. The barista then told me she felt ?uncomfortable? and refused to serve me. This shop isextremely problematic. Read more

I typically have great service here, but make sure if you order after 8pm you only use the drive thru, because that?s when the... lobby closes (and customers are unwelcome inside regardless of the door being open). Please start putting a sign about when thelobby closes if the door is going to be unlocked! Starbucks management- you can 1000% prevent this frustrating situation fromruining your baristas and your customers nights. I always order in the app and go inside, but tonight one of the baristas wasso upset with me for coming in, it made me feel horrible about being a customer here? all because their lobby was closed(despite there being no way for customers to know that). I came in 8/31 at 8:45 to pick up an in store order I sent through onthe app at 8:15. There was no indication that the lobby was closed in the app so I ordered for pick up inside as usual, andthere was no sign in the window or indication that the lobby was closed on the door. (The door was unlocked for the truckunloading which was explained to me once I got inside to grab my order). I really think the situation could?ve been handleddifferently and I?m left feeling like I?m a bad person because I went in to get my order not knowing it would piss the baristasoff? please put a sign on your door about when the lobby closes so your baristas don?t have to get frustrated with customers whodon?t know any better. Horrible experience!. The guy that was in the window was very rude and slammed the window door in our faces when I was only... trying to figure why it was only this full, and his response was that ?we are doing them like that now? in a very rude tone. Westayed in the window trying to find a better response and he saw us in the window and he just turned around rolling his eyes.Definitely Not coming back!. The man that worked in the window on May 11 around 8:30pm needs some manners!!. They are definitelygoing to loose multiple customers if that?s how they are going to start doing the drinks. Read more
