I usually order mobile here, employees tend to work deliberately if slowly during peak demand hours. TBH don't blame them as... they usually seem short-staffed. That said, I have ordered a croissant now several times outside of those hours - and havearrived onsite in a timely fashion - only to discover that my croissant hadn't been warmed up. At first I chalked it up toforgetfulness, my error in not selecting it in app, or maybe I was too late and it cooled off (but I can tell the difference).Four of the same order later, and it is clear that either they are ignoring that instruction, or the POS system is so bad thatdetail is buried. Paying $3.50 for a croissant that costs 50 cents at the grocery store, it being heated is really the wholepoint. Read more

I won't even give this place 1 star! But I can't post unless I do at least 1 star, so.... Went in yesterday, 9/5/2022, at... around 4:45 pm. Was informed by a very loud "manager" that the store would be closing in 15 minutes, but I could still get mycoffee. Ordered & it was announced again in a very loud voice they would be closing in 5 minutes. And again at 1 minute alongwith if you already had your coffee you needed to "GET OUT OF MY CAFE NOW!" Once we got our coffees we were told we needed toleave. I have worked retail. I understand the problem sometimes of getting customers out so you get on with closing & cleaning, but there are so many better ways to do it. This yelling at customers & basically kicking them out is wrong in so manyways. This young "manager" needs to be retrained on proper customer inter action. Read more

This store has zero consistency. I was told how to order my morning coffee by a Starbucks employee a while back and have always... ordered it this way. I come to this location almost every morning and order this same exact drink. Some days my cup is full likethe picture to the right. Other days, it?s a quarter to half empty like the one to the left. Each time I bring this up when mycup isn?t full, I get an extremely condescending answer about how I need to pay extra. What do I have to pay extra for? When youorder on the app it charges you for the extra heavy whipping cream and if you get any additional shots. So, I legit do not getit. If the point is to overcharge your customers, then don?t allow anyone to order online. I sometimes want to avoid this issueat all cost so I will drive to a farther location(Northland and Balcones) to have it made correctly. They have never given me aproblem with this and always fill the cup. The night crew at this location is always so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Theycan surely teach the morning crew a thing or two. Read more

I had the weirdest experience here. It looked like the store was falling apart..Water dripping from the ceiling with a bucket... for the water. I asked for a salted caramel latte, which is pretty common for Starbucks, no matter what season? and they actedlike they didn?t know how to make it- when I had one from the other Starbucks about 3 weeks ago! Then she made me move and toldme I couldn?t sit where I was, cause of the water, which was pretty far away from me. Then she said I couldn?t sit anywherenearby from where I was., which was no where near the water! Then a polite stranger saved the day?. And offered his table forme! Thank you sir. They just didn?t have the friendly attitude I?m used to at a Starbucks. I didn?t feel welcomed. Not the bestlocation. Plus I really didn?t like the layout. Not my favorite. The guy taking my order was nice, but seemed very new. Read more

At some point the managers need to establish a unified practice regarding reusable cups, it's pretty varied currently. Some... baristas make you put the cup in a mug to refill, others will just handle them no problem, and for some reason some refuse tohandle them in any way and insist on a new cup. I know it's just a cup, but I've seen all three practices in my last threevisits. Read more

This is an excellent location! I arrived during a very busy time and could see how efficiently the staff was operating. They had... good workload, making drinks, delivering them to the pick up area, and calling out customers' names. Additionally, when youpicked up your order, you received it with a smile. When I was 2nd in line, I was asked if I had a food order by an employeenear the register. What a smart idea! Had I, I would have waited less time to receive it because he would have had it inprocess. The store is spacious and they've closed tables for COVID safety. This allows for adequate social distancing whilewaiting to pick up your order. Many Starbucks locations don't have this luxury. Read more
