Very bad customer service close early I wanna do my order 730 the cashier she says close
I ordered food this morning I told them extra toasted for my bagel over the phone after I made my mobile order then they simply... didn't get it right the 1st time. So I asked kindly of they can do it again they just gave me an attitude about it. Especiallythe guy with the facial hair and glasses idk his name but he got annoyed with me because I asked if he can retoast it for me theright way. Simple follow directions what the customer wants just don't assume and certainly don't get annoyed and have anattitude with them if you messed up there order! This the last time I'm ever coming to this location I'm done with thislocation. Plus they messed up my drink as well.. I would leave no stars if it let me. Read more
Just read back the order to the customer, especially if it's only two drinks. I don't have time to ask and then wait around for... you to remake the correct drink after five other customers just walked up to the register. Read more
It's pretty convenient, a bit unstaffed and lacking without the ability to make blonde expresso shots but aside from that its... pretty efficient and provides the same great taste that's starbucks is known for in their coffees and teas. Read more
I don?t go to Starbucks often but today I happen to pickup a favor order and I just had to let everyone who reads this know that... Mclendon and Eric both are FANTASTIC at their jobs!! They were able to recommend drinks and even gave me one that wasUNBELIEVABLY delicious!! This location is inside the target store. Has a pretty big seating area considering it's inside a store
