The person at the register is amazing, thank you so much for helping. I?m leaving two stars because the rest of the staff did... not even try to help with the pickup and multiple items weren?t in stock despite the app saying they are. My family of 4 all purchased different drinks. We go to SB weekly back home. The cashier was rude and dry. They were not busy... and many employees were on the back laughing and talking. 10 minutes later we get our drinks. Mine didn?t have a syrup in it Iordered and my daughters drink had no vanilla (only sweetener in her drink). She attempted to get someone but they never come tothe register. We left. Waste of money! Busy drive through as it's right along some major commute routes, but also a good place to hang out and work or have a business... meeting. Always feels colder than ideal... Almost like they're trying to keep people from hanging out too long ;) Never verycrowded inside, in my experience. Read more
I?m sorry I have to do this. But I?ve NEVER experienced this before. I love Starbucks. I come to this location everyday. Service... is always great and I never have problems with my order. I always get a match green tea latte. I ordered my second one thisafternoon, and I take a sip and a piece of what looks like meat comes out of it. I have no clue what it is but I?m disgusted. This Starbucks is in a very good location however the service is not good. Often there is something missing or wrong with your... order. I mean it?s okay to make mistakes every once in a while but when it?s often something needs to be said. For example theincorrect items they give you. But even worse is when you place the order on your app and when you pick up they actually giveyou one paper bag for each knife. Today I ordered four bagels and they gave me a paper bag and inside there were 12 little bags.One bag for each utensil item they gave me. Granted the knives are already wrapped individually in plastic. Can we please beconscious about our environment and use less bags, Starbucks? It?s not necessary to bag each plastic knife in its own paperbag!! Read more
