Typing this review as I have currently been waiting in line for 15 minutes then for my drink for another 10. There is NO way... making a drink should take this long. I understand that it?s a Saturday and it can get pretty busy. But what I find sodisrespectful is that 4 other guests that came prior to me were helped out, and given their drinks first. By the time that mydrink came out, turns out they typed it in wrong and gave me the wrong order. Again I understand mistakes happen but I truly donot appreciate it after others were given their orders first and the amount of wait I have to wait for one drink. Others in linequestioned the baristas how long it would take and decided to leave the line. There is a female and a Male working to a extremeslow paste. Again, I understand there is bad days. I feel I am always very understanding but this is beyond bad. Never coming tothis Starbucks location. Instead go to a actual Starbucks which may look more busy but trust me it will be faster then thehorrible service they provide here. Read more
Very slow because baristas have to look up recipe cards for each drink.
I regret not checking for a name tag. I went yesterday morning and the nicest person was there alone taking the orders and... making the drinks. I loved the service, the energy, and the quality of my visit I didn?t mind waiting at all. Not often at allthat I come out of a Starbucks smiling but this time I couldn?t help myself. Read more
They closed the only two large sections of comfortable seating, for reasons they cannot explain. I can only conclude that they... don't want you too comfortable because they're afraid you may stay too long? There are much better choices in Austin than thisplace. Read more
Paid for 2 drinks that both came out wrong. Lady working was clearly very confused. I ordered a chai tea and I got a coffee... instead and it wasn?t the right size either. She even read me my order back. Whoever is training these people isn?t doing agreat job. You shouldn?t leave an employee there by herself if she?s not able to get an easy order correct. Only gave 1 star because I had to, we got there 15 minutes before Starbucks closing and the manager, who was working, had the... entire shop closed down and shut down and completely ignored my husband and I. Extremely rude and we won?t be coming back tothis target to shop. If your hours are 8-8, don?t mislead your customers who go out of their way to come for a Starbucks and toshop. Read more
This is a pretty good Starbucks location. The seating area is always nice and clean. The employees seem to enjoy being there and... get everything made quickly. I have never had a drink order issue and the food is good too. Great location and it's not supercrowded like other Starbucks! Read more
