Same problem that others are having. They?re definitely under serving drinks. I hate confrontation, so I end up driving off... without saying anything. The other issue is the recent lack of kindness. There was an older gentleman at the window who wasvery personable, but the new younger bearded guy is VERY cold. Typically it?s common courtesy to acknowledge someone if they sayhello. I have pulled up 4 separate times and I get absolutely no response from this young guy. I say hello and he hardly evenglances at me. :-( he just hands me my online order without even saying a word. It?s super awkward. I have never had thisexperience before. It?s extremely odd and something definitely changed recently at this location. I?d also like to add that Inever get a complicated order. I've been here numerous times and they always do a great job. One barista went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my... drink and I was impressed. The entire staff is kind! I don't usually use the drive through because it's usually pretty busy. Read more
While the drinks and food hit all the marks, the staff was lack luster. Part of why I choose Starbucks is that typically the... staff are happy and welcoming even for mobile orders. Don?t come to this location! It?s always the same problem!!! You pay $6 coffee to get only HALF a cup! & that?s because the whip... takes a big chunk of that space so it has LESSSSSS than half. Smh. Do better Starbucks! Read more

Every single time i come here the drive through always takes a whole hour process. I don't know if they just hired a bunch new... people who don't know what they're doing but there's no reason it should take this long EVERY single time. Even when i do amobile order ahead of time my drink is never ready on time. My drinks are also either not right or watered down. I've been tothis location over 20 times and have had a problem each time. Very frustrating. Read more
