Best Starbucks I?ve been to in a while!!! Even though their mobile ordering was down today they were offering to make drinks for... people who came regardless if the order was sent to another location. Baristas we?re extremely friendly when dealing withdifficult customers and the manager was very hands on making drinks with the staff and creating an efficient environment. Leia and the staff working (9/1/22) I came in during a 15 min break from working from home & I completely forgot my entire purse... ???? (I guess it?s true what they say about pregnancy brain) but then! I was like, ?Ooo. I?ve got Apple Pay.? THEN come to findout I never switched my old card with my new one, so Apple Pay was declining. Embarrassed, I apologized for even wasting thatbit of time ringing in the drink and said that I?d be back later. Leia immediately told me not to worry and that everyonedeserves to have a drink in this heat. The ladies in the background smiled and agreed and continued to make my drink. Thank youguys so very much for making my entire week. You guys are an amazing team and even with other interactions, you all were smilingand so so sweet. Order Bacon and Egg sandwich without cheese. Grabbed my order and as I drove pulled the sandwich out only to discover they have... me egg, sausage and cheese ???? wait.. it gets better. I called the restaurant and asked for a credit back to my Starbucks Goldcard. Bethany informed me I would have to come into the restaurant to do that. I live 15 miles away!
