Would be a five because I?ve always had a great experience for years going there that I even texted the owner a bit ago on... their sign that says text for good reviews about how wonderful everyone was, but on the afternoon of 8/23 I went inside afterwalking there with my dog and got a drink - which I planned to obviously have outside or off premises since I had my dog - andthe girl looked up and down at me when I ordered and said I can?t stay because I don?t have a shirt on (I was in a sports braand leggings and there was one person in the lobby at 3pm) I completely understand rules and respect you all (suddenly) notallowing anyone in a sports bra to be in the lobby but the mannerism of her delivery was very rude. Was in drive thru Bad service the employee took my order and was incorrect. When correcting the employee he responded with a... smart comment and was rude. When driving up to the window another employee come to the window and was refusing to Service mybeverage. I went inside to order my beverage again and the employee refuse to give me service. Because they didn?t like that Icorrected them and ask me to leave and walk away. No service no manager on duty. I?ve been buying Starbucks for 30 years andorder the same ice beverage for 7 years and never been treated that way before. I felt discriminate because I?m Hispanic andItalian. And a caucasian employee refuse my to service me. Felt disrespected they were young under the age of 25 and I?m oldenough to be their mother.
