This location is on the smaller side but still nice. The employees are really friendly and engaging which is refreshing. No... drive through. There was some coffee spills on the ground that hadn't been cleaned up which is the only reason I gave them 4stars. Seating and decor are simplistic. It was good to see they have procedures in place for checking temperature foremployees before coming into work. Read more

When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was that they had no food on display. Not sure if that's unusual or not. In at 9:30... and weren't very busy, but seats in dining room were all askew. I don't understand why I was able to finish half of myFrappuccino before my pumpkin muffin was ready--it requires no preparation. Someone walked in and they realized he was at thewrong location to get a mobile order. Sarah, without batting an eye, offered to make his drink. That was very considerate. Read more
Friendly staff with fast processing of mobile/online orders. Currently Dine-in is closed and only available for pickup. There's... no drive thru available and need to pick the orders from the store only. Its located on the main road of W38th (very near toSeton hospital). Friendly staffs. There is NO DRIVE THROUGH. Parking lot was full of jerky entitled people who were purposely parking in the traffic lanes... blocking everyone else from moving. Really. I couldn?t get my coffee. Read more
