Okay , I understand you have to order here on an app and if you dont you cant order any coffee . Well I happened to be there... yesterday and I saw lots of people been turned away because they did not have the app. I get that it cool to order on an app ,but what I don't understand is why there's no kiosk in the store where you can order through. I saw a lot of money walking outthe door yesterday because the clients did not have an app on their phones. There are some major chains that have a kiosk in thelobby area . Just an idea . Read more

I prefer to support locally owned coffee shops. nothing wrong with this particular starbucks.
