I love coffees and Thought to take a break and looked for near by Starbucks. We got the near by Starbucks in target store. We... placed an order of 2 cappuccino grande and 1 Cappuccino tall and 1 cappuccino tall one. Due to shortage in tall cups, Starbucksguys told us to give us tall cup of coffee into the grande cup, we said that?s fine. The coffee are tasteless and they forgotto give us a tray and sugar packets too. The coffees were not so good even after adding the sugar. Some how coffees were notprepared properly. Showed up at 8:52 pm. Attendant said they were closed. I said they close at 9. She said there were no costumers for an hour so... that they are allowed to close 5 minutes early. I said it's 7 minutes to close. She said "well, i don't have any coffee left"(at the coffee store). Managers next to crack down at employees closing way earlier than that are supposed to. I have to give it up the new management! They marked down Coffee Beans & Mugs/Travel Mugs 70% off! I also bought a venti drink... and they gave you a free bakery item. The gents gave me 2 complimentary waters and let me do my writing and charge my phone til closing.
The drinks are not up to standard. The staff is rude and gets mad when a drink is returned. If a drink is blended... you don?t... just add the espresso on top of everything else you blend. The point of getting a double shot in a smaller cup size is for astronger concentration and half of the blended shouldn?t have product after you?ve served it. 9/10 times I come here, there isalways a problem. The employees are very nice, but the drinks aren't up to standard.
This is a very standard Starbucks but I like it because its located within Target and doesn't have an area to sit down so its a... very on-the-go kind of Starbucks. Its very clean and efficient and I never have to spend more time here than I would at otherStarbucks. The location is near about three other Starbucks locations so maybe thats why a lot of people don't really come tothis one so its really quick. Also, because its located in Target, I think that its aesthetically more pleasing to look at and alot less loud than I would find at a traditional Starbucks. Of course, you aren't getting any studying done at this one but itsa nice place to just grab and go with your drink. Or, you can browse the Target while waiting if they do happened to be back-up,which has never happened to me before. My one downfall for this location would be that I always recommend getting a green tealatte but the last time I got one from here it was more like milk that had a weird greenish tint LOL. I think that was when theywere first opening up so maybe their new hire at the time didn't really know how to make it but ever since I just decided to getother drinks there and those are all made just fine so it must've been a one time deal!
