Genesis is the best employee at customer service and get my order right
I've started going to this Subway location 2 to 3 times a week for some time now. Every time I've gone in I always see Genysis... (hope I am spelling that correctly). No matter how busy she is, she greets every customer, she is patient and friendly. A fewtimes there has been a younger gentleman working with her (I can't remember his name) but he is also friendly and very polite.My experience with this location has been nothing but great service and food. Ridiculous staff! There was a little guy trying to make my sub who knew nothing!! He didn?t know the difference between bread... and couldn?t even fill my sub. Pathetic pathetic experience! I understand he must be new but atleast train him a little beforegetting them out with customers. The older lady was rude and didn?t care either. Made faces when he was trying. Woman with tattoos made our sandwiches. Started out great by following her in after she put out her cigarette. Went inside and... she put her mask on? her chin. Answered a phone call before serving us to complain to her coworker about him grabbing all thetips, got off the phone and relayed the drama to us for some reason. At this point I wanted to just leave. Stayed because Ididn?t feel like finding another place to eat. She made the sandwiches as well as I could drunk. 2 stars only because the foodquality was adequate and she asked how we were doing. Read more
It's absurd how wrong they got my order from Uber Eats. For a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, bacon, avocado, and green... peppers they left out *everything* except the bacon and green peppers. It's also very soggy, untoasted, and the bacon isbasically raw. For a cheesesteak wrap they added peppers I didn't want, left out the cheese, and added avocado I didn'twant. This is ridiculous.
