We've tried this Subway a good handful of times. Our curbside orders haven't been correct. At least 3 out of 5 times when we've... gone in, they were out of multiple items. This last time, they had no bread. We will not be returning to this location again. Read more

1. The app crashed three times before the order would go through. Yay technology! 2. My three sandwiches were supposed to be... ready at 5:25. I showed up at 5:25. Nope! I ended up waiting another ten minutes. There were two employees working. There wasone other customer there ordering ONE sandwich. There were no other orders being filled. As I waited, one employee was making asandwich for the in store customer while the other employee decided to start putting dough in the oven. 3. The in storecustomer asked if they could cut her 12? sandwich into four parts. (High maintenance much?) Unfortunately, this request was toochallenging for the employee making her sandwich, so he switched places with his partner. 4. The no-cutting employee decided totake his gloves off and put on another pair. Question: How long does it take for a Subway employee to switch gloves? Answer: Idon?t know because he was still working on it while the other employee finished up both orders. 5. They finally finished myorder. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be toasted. When I got to my car, I noticed that the toasted sandwich didn?t feellike it was toasted. I went back inside and asked if the sandwich was toasted. They assured me that it was. I believed thembecause at one point during the sandwich making marathon I saw one of the employees pull that sandwich out of the oven. After Igot home, I unwrapped the ?toasted? sandwich. It was cold, and it wasn?t cold because it had been sitting for four hours whilethey made my other two sandwiches. Nope! It had never been toasted. Suggestion: when you?re training new Subway employees, maybe add that it?s not enough to just put a sandwich in the oven. You also have to turn the fu*%ing thing on. 6. They forgotto put cheese on the supposed-to-be-toasted sandwich. I mean, if you?re going to screw up an entire Subway experience for acustomer, go big or go home, right?? 7. Thanks Subway! Never again, but tell Jarod I said hello. Read more

One person during lunch hour. One person to make the sandwiches and also handle the payment. There were people lined up to the... door waiting. It's not good customer service, but even worse treatment of your employee to make him handle all that. Read more

Messed up my online order and the manager doesn?t care. Paid extra for guacamole and didn?t get any, tried to call over 15... times the night of the incident and over 40 times to speak to the manager the next morning and they can?t even answer the phoneto try to help their customers. How is this store even still in business, cold meatballs, cold frozen chicken that wasn?tmelting cheese. Messed up all of the sandwiches on an online order. All I can say is they need new management in that storefor sure Read more

Today I went into Subway to pick up a sandwich. When I finally got up to the counter they told me that they were out of bread... (all the bread). This is the second time I have been in and they don't have bread. I asked when they would have more. The guytold me that they didn't even have any in the oven. I wish he had told me as soon as I walked in and I hadn't waited in line. This store seems to be run by teenagers. I have never seen a manager in the store. Read more
