Website says they open at 9am. I came in at 9:10 and the lady behind the he counter said she had nothing ready. (Oven we?re... warming ) but I saw her go in at 8:50 am. Shouldn?t a food store that opens at 9 be ready for business at 9? If not then changethe opening time and avoid waisting customer?s time. (She needs a new job, hospitality is not her thing . Horrible horrible experience. Never eat from this place Staff with bad attitude. Online order was not ready on time and barely... put anything in the sandwich other than bread even after choosing extra for toppings. Never again will I return there. Different employees every visit??? I truly hate doing this review, but I feel someone needs to... know, and change something. The once see-through counter is now covered up with advertising signs where you can't see the foodthey are preparing for you which was my first concern. Then, took her almost 15 minutes to prepare my one sandwich from start tofinish. The lady was tucking her hair under her hat with plastic gloves on while preparing my FOOD, "WOW" UNBELIEVABLE. I have been to alot subways. Stop going for 2 years most of them bad attitudes and rushed. But the one oak knoll. FRESH baked... bread. WOW. I really like this place you can tell. Great managent.
