My husband did an online order around 12:20pm and wasn?t ready by 1 pm he ended up getting a refund and didn?t eat had to get... back to work like that!!! They SUCK ALWAYS THEY NEED TO TAKE DOWN THE ONLINE ORDERS!!!!! Read more
Service is not the best. Frequently out of ingredients. Mostly not open on time it's a big problem. Fix your sht.
Don't bother if you plan to use the app here. I submitted our order, chose the carside option. I arrived on time and from my car... I could see there wasn't even anyone behind the counter. Waited a moment, saw both employees come from the back, one even cameout to sit on the window area outside the store. I went in the store after sitting in my car a few minutes. I was ignored by thefemale staff member, the male who had been sitting in front of my car came in behind me and told me they didn't get my orderonly the notice that they had a curbside order (complete with description of my vehicle) so I had to walk him through making myorder. The female still ignoring the fact there were 2 sandwiches that should have already been done. My order was completedwith not one single apology or even a reason for this. I worked food service for years and that would never be accepted. At theleast they knew I was there to pick up an order and could have said they didn't get the full order and could I please come in sothey could make it! I've never had such bad service at a subway before today. I asked for Italian herb and cheese bread and he pulled out wheat... bread. I said that's not Italian herb and cheese his response was we don't have any. So you weren't going to tell me that justmake my sandwich on what you want me to have. Do not waste your time going here! Service was horrible from the minute we walked in (no greeting, workers looking at you... crazy). Two boys working and neither of them knew what they were doing. Sandwich was literally thrown together to the pointwhere it broke when I pulled it out the wrapping. Poor child didn?t even know how to use the register. It was like someone justdropped them off and left them to fiend for themselves with no help. Please do a better job of training your employees Subway. Been eating at this establishment for years and I can honestly say this is the absolute worst service I?ve ever experienced! Read more
