God bless for the service that all the employees have done for us customers. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Crafting... and creating masterpieces sandwiches every single time with a bright smiles. They create the tastyiest things and have seen thebest service I've seen in a while. I think everyone employee deserves a raise in this location since they all work so hard andneeds to be more appreciative of the employees since they work in a super busy location with a lot pressure. If i could rateany higher, this place deserves 6 or 7 stars for the employees themselves. God bless them. Read more
Staff are rude and dismissive. Talked so much to each other, they could care less about the sandwich they are making, and... apparently it's an issue, if you want more than 1 sandwich. Store is hardly open. Smh Read more
Went here a few times, was disappointed with the service but felt the staff was overwhelmed. Then I ordered on the App and got... two footlong loaves of Italian herbs and cheese sparingly sprinkled with meat and tomatoes because no one was watching directly.There's 3 other subways within a 4 mile radius, take your business elsewhere. Update: accidentally reordered to here throughthe app, a bella mozza and a Buffalo chicken. They put the veggies and condiments on the wrong subs so I got a soggy buff withspinach drenched im vinegar 2nd update: my roommates ordered on Uber Eats from here when there was a deal, all 4 sandwichesshowed up burnt, missing ingredients, or both. Right now the tuna sub is my favorite.toasted with pepper jack cheese and mayo with chipotle sauce.the woman in maybe her late... 20 s early thirty's is always such a hard worker.the last two times I went in there after school and she was training differentpeople both times but she's so patient and sweet.mayGod continue to bless her and u guys with other workers to help her pull theslack of closing. I don't enjoy reporting negative reviews; however, Subway is NOT what it used to be. I went to this location due to it's... proximity to my work. The one star is for the employees who seem to be trying their best. This is a clear example of poormanagement or failed franchise. - Long wait times/long line. - Poor quality. Ingredients (browning lettuce, discolored spinach,cucumbers & tomatoes do NOT look fresh, etc.). Are your cooler's temperatures at required temps? Why are there flies hoveringover? - I could heard one employee (young girl) coughing continually in the back room. Isn't that were you store your "fresh"ingredients. The employee came out of the "Employees Only" door with red eyes and running nose to get a drink of water (no mask,no hat, no apron, etc.). If this employee was sick, please send her home. - No music playing in the background. At least try totake my mind off of me questioning "why did I come here?". - The constant ring of your "internet orders" coming in is beyondannoying. Couple this with no music playing in the background and it's just plain torture. Subway does have a new recipe... forfailure. I will not returning to this location. Read more
I have gone to this store for a while. The reason I changed to this store was because the person that worked at oltorf was rude... and slow service. So I switched. I have never had a issue at this store until now. ... They have a new manager and it's the onethat was at oltorf . And one once again it was bad service . I don't know what happened to the lady that has been there beforetoday. But she needs to come back. I will be going else where while that manager is there. Read more
