Rude, open when they want to be and always out of something. Did I mention rude. Just walked in, and they are supposed to be... open, but they are not. I was going to ask when they would open and was told "hold up" before I said anything. Read more

Hours are wrong on Google. came in at 7:13pm and they told me they were closed. Google says closes at 8pm that should be fixed... so people don't waste time driving here. Read more

The employees are extremely snobby & rude, they will have an entire inappropriate conversation in front of you about another... employee. Very passive aggressive attitudes. "Roz" & another female employee on her shift 10/17 @ 2:30 p.m were extremely rudeand very unprofessional. Literally didn't ask for any type of preference in my sandwich she just made the sandwich didn't ask noquestions or anything she threw my receipt at me didn't ask if I wanted a meal and then tried to double charge me for thesandwich in which at that point I lost my appetite. I declined and walked away without even eating lunch because the energy wasjust extremely rude. Will be reporting to corporate and regional manager. Read more

The absolute laziest and rudest people work here. Couldn't be bothered to at least have things ready at lunch time even though... they've been there since 10. She was more worried about talking to her friend in the back than helping the 5 people standing inline, just to finally tell us they weren't ready to open. Read more

If I could zero stars I would. I have gone to this location twice and they were closed when they should have been open. I... waited about 5 minutes to be served when a young lady yelled from a door that they were closed. I was confused because it wasone about 3pm and they don't close until 8pm based on the website. I asked what are the hours? She repeated that they wereclosed. I asked why when you're supposed to open. She said to restock or something like that. It was hard to understand herfrom the distance she was talking to me and wearing a mask. She should have come to speak to me. I then asked when do openback up? I got no answer. She turned away from me like I didn't just ask a question. I have tried to go online to file acomplaint and the 'Contact Us' link doesn't work. I called the Circle K store that Subway is located in and was given the'managers' number. I don't know of it is or not because it went straight to voicemail. I did leave a message but don't expectto hear back. If they are going to close for a certain amount of time they should hang up a sign to read that to keep this fromhappening again. Read more

Sign says they close at 8pm. Went at 7:27pm and the girl had already closed evedything down. Said she was working by herself and... closed early. Wow If you ha e business hours set then thats what they should go by. Do better Subway! Read more

Trust me, don't come here. Terrible sandwich making. The older woman who works there is the worst customer service I've ever... seen. She must be upset about her wages or something. Always moves slow, is unhelpful, and gives an attitude to everycustomer. Worst subway sandwich I ever ordered in my life, had to cancel my order! Read more

I have never had this kind of service at a subway. The young man definitely did not know how to fix a wrap. He heated our... tortilla with meat and cheese which made it hard to eat and I have never seen them do that before. As he was heating the meatwith the tortilla another gentlemen came in and he ask him ?do you want anything? the gentleman looked at him like yeah that?swhy I?m here?!?! They were also out of guacamole for our wrap. Which is ok. So when he went to finish it off we get a squarewrap?!?! Then when he cut it he didn?t even cut it all the way. Last but not lease he sent a I love you gesture to the cashierat the front of the store as he is finishing our wrap. I?m SMH I will not return to this location and would not recommendanyone else.
