If there was a way I can give this place a zero stars, I would. As someone who doesn?t write many reviews I think this place... really does deserve one. I just wanted a bite to eat after an appointment near by. I was yelled at as soon as I walked in thedoor I totally understand the message of me not having a scooter but I couldn?t even park it under a table while ordering asandwich and leaving. I wasn?t planning on dining on, just grabbing a sandwich to go. The girl at the front desk was justyelling, huffing and puffing like my request was so ridiculous refusing to hear anything I had to say. I am a professional, I?mnot sure why you would ever feel the need to yell at someone who is willing to come you your restaurant, when you can be adecent person. I ordered online and went there. The staff said very rudely that he is super busy and doesn't do online order. The subway... company should seriously look into the problem of custom service there. Read more

I ordered online, and when I arrived at the store, asking for my order, Crystal refused me service. She later went to the back... to use her phone. I called her multiple times, and she told me my order was canceled even though I had an email about my orderbeing confirmed, plus she had my order ticket on the counter. She was very unprofessional and unpolite and was trying to stealfrom me. When I demanded my money back, she said that someone had picked up my order already, even though it was canceled? Justafter I made a huge deal about my money did she go to the back and talked to someone. After I left the store, I received acancelation email. Moreover, I called the store to get the owner's information, and she hung up on me. There must be a way tocontact the owner. Read more

I just tried to order an Italian BMT and was really looking forward to it. Sadly the young lady that was preparing my sandwich... was not aware of the ingredients. She started to put bacon on my sub and I said "I'm sorry there is no bacon on a BMT." She wassuper confused and argued that maybe i meant a Spicy Italian? Ummm...that sandwich also does not have bacon. After a long pausewhere she stared at me in confusion I realized that I would not be enjoying a delicious Italian BMT today. I'm sad. Restaurant was Clean. There were dividers between: food and public, preparer and public, drink station and public, and from each... other. There was only one employee visible on this visit, but he was awesome. Fast and knowledgeable. Knew what I wanted beforeI asked... vegetables were fresh and crisp. Restroom was clean.
