I went to the subway on William cannon and 35 in Austin Texas. I was with my mom my sister and my son, and a Mexican lady took... our order and she saw my son, I?m Mexican and fair skinned but my son came out like his father very white blonde hair blue eyesexactly like his father, we were ordering and she comments about how my son is very white and I laughed and said yes becauseit?s not the first time but what is the first time was when we were about to pay she goes ?if anyone saw you they would thinkyou stole him? and my mom and I just stayed silent because no one had ever said that to me before yes my son is white blondehair blue eyes but so is his dad I even went as far as showing her a picture of my husband something which if I absolutelydidn't want to I wouldn?t have showed her and told her to mind her business but I didn?t want to start anything in a publicrestaurant I just feel very disrespected by her and I probably will not go back Read more
If I could give this 0 stars I would, I didn't want to write this review but since I haven't heard from Subway themselves in two... weeks either here it goes. If you are hungry for subway go somewhere else. This place is ran by teens. 2 weeks ago Iaccidentally checked out too soon on the app. So I called the restaurant after my mistake. After the third time of trying tocall I get a "hello?" I was a little confused so I asked "I'm sorry I was trying to reach Subway" he said "ya?" As if it is hispersonal line of use and I am bothering him. I told him I made a mistake and I need to cancel an order or ask if he can not makeit until the next two hours. He smuggly replied "oh I already finished it" so I said "that was pretty fast I just submitted itTwo minutes ago, but I needed fresh in two hours" he just repeated himself. "Ya is ready now" I repeated myself as well andtold him I be there in two hours. When I went to pick up my order I asked for it fresh again he just said "ya is ready..isright here" I told him I needed fresh but he just said "I just gotta get the pizza it has to be fresh ". As if he didn't hear methe first 4 times I said it. I wasn't yelling or raising my voice I asked calmly perhaps that was the problem. Let me tell youAvocados after two hours just nasty I had to dig them out and I didn't finish it. My husband's meatball sandwich was also nastyand dry. I should've asked for my money back and gone somewhere else. It was red flags walking in already, two teens sittingoutside smoking not sure what. But it wasn't a cigarette The teens where not in uniform they were wearing hoodies with thierpants half past there waist. The two teens outside came inside and just put gloves on and went to work. I absolutely loathe the fact that I can't get a cold cut combo made the Subway way. They don't have the cold cuts on the white... paper properly weighed out and measured. I ate at this Subway location on October 10th of 2021. When I got my sandwich, I noticed it tasting unlike it regularly does,... however finished almost half of the footlong. Immediately after eating it, I got a sharp stomach pain, leading me to throw upsandwich and water for about 7 hours straight, with about 5 more being on and off vomiting. I?ve never gotten this sick fromfood, and would advise anyone to stay away from this location. Read more
I have to say this is one of the best Subway stores I've been inside in quite a while. The store was clean and smelled great,... and the staff was friendly. I ordered 2 double protein foot long subs, and for once, they didn't skimp on the meat and cheese ORthe veggies. She loaded it up the way it should be! I was very excited to watch my subs being made. I wish I knew the girls nameso I could give her a shout out for being awesome. Thank you for making a man size sub!! I enjoyed every bite. I wish all storeswere just like this one. Read more
