The entire crew (I guess they're a family or something?) is just incredibly disrespectful and constantly laughs and makes fun of... customers, in front of said customers. Why is this becoming so commonplace in Austin? What is the issue? I've worked at numerousfast food and general food service restaurants around town, including but not limited to three Sonics, and I NEVER talked tocustomers that way or blatantly made fun of them in front of their faces, even if the customers were rude first. However, bothmy friend and I had very simple sandwich orders, didn't ask for any extra or crazy customization. Not complicated, knew what wewanted, and were both very polite and respectful to all the employees even after four of them disrespected us. When I finallyreacted, I simply talked about them and criticized them while they were in the room, because that's what they did to us, and toother customers, the entire time. Having a bad day is no excuse to treat people like that. I still sympathize if they're in abad mood but they treated about five customers that way. They even made fun of a homeless guy, who was also a simple andnon-problematic, polite customer. I get that some people hate the homeless and it's understandable to dislike the crime, litter,etc., caused by many of the Austin homeless (let me stop before I go onto a separate issue), but homeless people are humanbeings and this particular gentleman caused zero issues and, just like my friend and I, was also very polite even after beingdisrespected repeatedly by employees. He too finally said something at the end. He said "Alright y'all have a good day as well!"in a sarcastic tone as they hung out in the back talking mess. May not have been a nice thing to say but I feel that all five ofthe customers who were disrespected by staff felt the same frustrations and this is an issue that needs to be addressed. The staff was very disrespectful I almost bodyslammed the guy making my sandwich. The guy making my sandwich was meanmugging me... and being disrespectful for no reason. I asked for a to-go bag and the lady threw it at me. Read more

Dont know what frustration, one who served my sub, gone through. I ordered 2 footlong chicken and turkey subs, along with Coke... Classic through SUBWAY app for delivery from this restaurant. I had given the instructions very clearly to "Cut my sandwiches in2 pieces", and "Leave the order at my door" I havent received the Coke. The footlong sandwiches are not cut. The proportion ofveggies and sauce added in such a way, where I couldnt taste neither chicken nor turkey. Close to 75% sub is filled with bananapepper and sauce. I have to remove the banana pepper and other veggies from my sub, as they are at disproportionate quantities.The sauce is poured in sub bread in such a way it tastes, as if the bread is immersed in sauce and served. Once I received thenotification that my order is delivered through SUBWAY app, I found Coke missing. I want to call the delivery person to checkwhere is the Coke, but the subway app never reveals the contact details of the person who delivered. i see a lot of people complain about the wait time (i work food service and let me tell you we?re humans not robots, who knew?),... and some people just clearly don?t know the different types of bread. i always go to one subway only and it?s this one. neverhad a bad experience here, and the workers are always nice (obviously if you?re nice and not being rude to them.) alsodefinitely one of the cleanest subways!! The store manager did not want to remake my sandwich after he made it wrong . Then got an attitude with me for asking him to... remake it , he asked me to leave . So i told him he dose not deserve to be in his position as he followed me out of the store. The attitude , the energy and the words he used was very unprofessional ! i have no problem going to another Location. I feelfor all the customers that had to deal with any similar experiences with this store GM ! Read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Online orders are ALWAYS late. Placed an order on 3/20 for pickup, my boyfriend gets... there and they run out of bread?. Subway running out of ALL bread??? I call for a refund and some young girl answers ?Hello.?(No, thank you for calling Subway.. Nothing. Just answering the phone like she?s about to talk to a friend.) THEN I get HANG UPON. I call back immediately and they keep hanging up the phone. I FINALLY got ahold of young kid who is completely clueless andsays he can?t do anything. I said, ?I understand you may not be able to, so is there a manager I can speak to?? He replies ?Oh,well he isn?t here. His name is Joel and he hasn?t been coming in.? GREAT!!! I told him, ?So, how exactly am I supposed to goabout getting a refund then?? He told me to go through the app, however, on the app it tells you to contact the store. He againreplies, ?Sorry, I can?t do anything.? Not only that mess, but on the app they put that the order status is READY. I went in to get a pizza and Asked for extra cheese. The first picture is what I got. I did not watch them make it bc it was an... empty store. The pizza had hardly any cheese and was cold and doughy in the middle. I didn?t see it until I got to work so Iwent back afterwards showed them the pizza and they made a new one for me.
