If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Every time I come to this location they ALWAYS refuse to take orders, they always... have an excuse, whether it?s because they have ?no more food?, ?they?re too short staffed? or they just never answer the speakerbox. Keep in mind it will barley be 9pm/10pm and the location shows they are open until 1am. The employee?s are rude. Get the order right. Forgive me but the girl taking my order didn't seem too bright. I asked for a #9 with Mango mountain... dew......somehow she got confused. Really, still have the dining room closed? Went 756pm on Thurs night and doors are locked. However the Google maps has a green... check for dining and takeout. Wanted to eat in after work. Not drive home and heat it up. Please item dining room or put a red xhere that it is not available. Read more
MAAANNNN... what is happening to this place?? Makes me sad because I feel like we're witnessing the end our neighborhood taco... bell... My family had a crazy busy weekend and ended up having late dinners both Saturday and Sunday evening... and by late, Imean that were trying to pick up last minute dinners after 9pm... but BOTH days we ending up opting for McDonald's next doorbecause Taco Bell was already CLOSED BY 930PM!!! I love Taco Bell, and I would give this location 5 stars if it wasnt for them being closed since 8pm if not earlier than... that! If the restaurant is closed for under management reasons the whole place should turn off their lights to let the customerknow not to stop by. It sounds to me like the crew working that shift only told people they were closed cause they are lazy. Read more
I never really leave negative reviews, but this location has disappointed me for the last time. This is the 4th time I have... places an online order to pickup after I get off of work to show up and be told they are closed and I'm just gonna have tocancel my order. To be honest they weren't even nice about it, had a rather nasty attitude. To be clear my order was always fora 7:30 pm pickup so it wasn't an unreasonable time to show up for fast food order. I will not be going back, but looking at theother reviews here that would probably make them happy since they wouldn't need to do their jobs. Read more
Ordered 3 orders of nacho cheese fries. After getting the order, I noticed it was 3 orders of regular fries. Tried to go inside... but the dining room was locked even with signage saying it is now open. Called in to be told that they are out of seasoning.Would have been great to know before ordering. Simply asked for no cheese and sauce on the side. Cashier was polite and said no problem. When we arrived at the window I over... heard a guy say "that's what it comes with so that's what they get". And so we did, with cheese and sauce, no delay. ???? Read more
