Basically threw my order out of the drive through window at me. Left out plastic wear for the potatoes, no straw for drink...... Skimpy burritos, basically all tortilla lol.. do better Taco Bell. Also this chicken taco looks disgusting ???? Read more
Terrible. Used the touch system to order, not terrible, but took an effort to find items. Got a combo, had to select the flavor... of soda even though you fill your soda yourself. Then when I went to get a Dr pepper, it was out, I asked for help and they werecompletely out ???? it was on the menu. Then when I get my crispy tacos home they tasted terrible. The food was pretty solid for Taco Bell. We ordered and ate inside. The first thing anyone said to us was when they called out... the name on my order. About 5 minutes before we left a woman came by to ask how we were doing. So 4 out if 5 for food and 2 outof 5 for customer service. Read more
Consistently leave items I've ordered and paid for out. What they do remember to pack is just average or slightly below. This... time my chips and cheese cup was only a third full. They also forgot 2 outta 10 items. Read more
Came to this location at 9:50pm on Sunday June 26th and it was closed. Online it says opens until 12am. Apparently they had a... sign saying they are closed Sundays at 4pm. I feel that the whole covid short staff is long over used. As a former manager forthe Tacla franchise this is below company standards. Read more
When I arrived, the sun had set so it was dark. As the dining room is closed, I was in the drive thru. I couldn't see the... menu. When I was asked to order, I asked if the menu would light up. Ta da! Let there be light! This was a majoroversight. Service was fine. It was nice that the employees didn't show frustration or the "I hate my job" attitude that can befound at a fast food restaurant. I ordered soft tacos, something I'd never tried, and was truly disappointed. The tortillaclearly came straight out of a bag and was filled. Thanks, but no. No counter service to speak of they just stood around and waited for me to go to the machine to order our own meals. No cups... were provided with the meal and they were ordered. Two different flavors of music over the restaurant atmosphere system playingat the same time. Almost no cheese on one of my crunchy tacos! Read more
