It feels weird to review a Taco Bell but this is the one near my house and I feel like they need a shout out because they have... NEVER crushed my crunchy tacos or put them in the bag upside down, which I've had happen twice at other locations recently. Sothanks for being gentle with my tacos and always getting orders accurate! Man, store #030263 on E Parmer is hands down our favorite Taco Bell store. The employees are Awesome. If there's a back up, the... 1st window (payment window) employees actually talk to you about how your day's going and the weather or whatever. It's So muchnicer than when you've paid and they close their window because you no longer exist. 2nd window is just as great. I attempted to contact the store directly to no avail. I discovered a piece of a glove in my food item and submitted a feedback... form via the website requesting that someone reach out to me confirming receipt of my concern but no one from management everfollowed up. I've been meaning to review this location for a while now- this is the most pleasant Taco Bell. The employees are so friendly,... they always get your order right, and it's all made with care. The manager here is a total gentleman and clearly has outstandingleadership skills; his team members all have positive attitudes and do their job very well. These guys are all due forpromotions!!! Bad employees who don?t pay attention to what they?re doing. Made my order wrong and then told me I was wrong when I came in for... them to correct it. Crunchwrap had all the meat and cheese on one side and just sour cream and tomatoes on the other. This iswhy fast food workers are paid minimum wage and no more. Incompetent. Read more
