This Taco bell told us to pull forward to the window before they would acknowledge my mobile order. Then after waiting more than... 10 minutes in line they told us that we would have to pull back around to the speaker and inform them of my mobile order. I wasnot willing to wait in line twice, and therefore NEVER got my food. This Taco Bell didn't even bother to refund me. Read more

I left my card here in the drive through after the guy at the window told me to have a good night, ten minutes later upon... arriving home I realized and called their store to see if it was there. They didn?t pick up so I came by the next day to findout they ?shredded? my card within 12 hours. Not only this, but I find that I was charged an extra $25 on my card. Thanks forthat! Every time I eat Taco Bell I promise myself I will never eat it again. This time is no exception. It seems like when I'm chewing... on the food that it's not even real food. It doesn't taste good, it's not nourishing and I don't even know what I'm eating lolthe employees were sweet though. But never again. Read more

Wow ! I have never felt so seen and respected. The young cashier who brought me my food, asked my pronouns when handing it to... me. It is truly the small ways in which you can show someone respect that matters. I will be coming back to this location, andhope the person who helped me knows how wonderful they are ! Read more

I used to LOVE this taco bell but recently the quality and the service has gone totally downhill. I completely understand how... hard it is to work in food but they never complete my orders, and when I ordered online today to pick up they didn't look me upin the receipts at all and said they didn't have my order. This used to be my favorite, but I think I'll have to stop going here:( Read more

Ordered a bunch of items for my family of four. Only one item was correct. I went back in to show them the incorrect items and... the staff kept telling me it was correct but it wasn?t. I just gave up and left. The food tasted like slop too. The chips fornachos had cinnamon on them. We won?t be returning. Read more

Before the COVID pandemic I had good customer service inside the restaurant. I found it to be clean each time I dined. And the... food was always prepared correctly. Now that they are strictly serving drive thru, I can say that it's typically easy tounderstand the employee through the speaker and my order has always been correct. I don't like, however, that I never get areceipt. Read more
