DO NOT ORDER PICKUP/DOORDASH from here. Their lobby is always locked so you can?t go inside and are forced to wait in the drive... thru line for ONE hour (usually 15-20 cars in line) for your ?fast? food. They were locked and I had prepaid for my food. I tried at 3 pm, and then went back again 45 min later. I knocked on the door -... wanted to show them that I had an order to pickup but they ignored me. So I never got my food or my money back. Read more
Longest drive through line ever. Sat in the line from 10:19pm-11:30pm. They must go order by order. They shouldn?t hire... highschoolers who walk out together when they?re obviously slammed pack on a Friday. As an uber delivery driver this wascompletely unacceptable and not worth my fair price that I cannot cancel. Do better, just shut down until y?all gethelp. Don't order doordash from this store. Don',t go to this store in general. Every time I have been here to pick up an order their... lobby has been closed and there's no way for delivery drivers to skip the drive thru line to pick up. I'm sitting here now andI've been here for 15 minutes so far. Still about 6 cars ahead of me. I messaged my customer letting him know it's probablygoing to be a second but this is kind of ridiculous. If you can't find enough people to work for you, it might be time toactually offer raises and better benefits to your employees. UPDATE: Just checked and I sent the message to the customer at7:07. I have to tell you that Taco Bell's best kept not-so-secret item on their menu is the rice and bean burrito. I love their food... but that things is a must have every time I go. I had one of those and two soft taco supremes and it was delicious and filling.Friendly staff and even though they were busy they never seemed to mind if you customized a bit like adding jalapenos to mytacos. Plan to keep eating at this location whenever I'm close. Read more
This one disappointed me order wasn't our usual box it had a hard taco not Doritos taco and our nacho fries were plain fries... with cheese,the supreme nachos had red sauce which I've never had on it before which gave it a bitter taste,and regular bean andcheese burrito not the normal that comes in chalupa box the chalupa was very hard old.
