Was truly impressed by the initiative taken by Rob when I called to express my disappointment in the DoorDash order received- we... were missing a good portion of our order, and I called to ensure that when we submitted the second order of the evening, theywould include everything requested. Rob went above and beyond, stating that he takes customer satisfaction very seriously andwould personally package our second order himself....and he sure did! Thank you Rob for coming through! The food serviceindustry needs more people like you who actually give a you-know-what ;) Thanks again! You saved my fiancé from a night full ofgrumpiness due to my nacho fries & Baja Blast craving lol! P.S.- Rob deserves a raise for 1. answering the phone at 10pm, and2. I went through the drive through today around 4:30 pm. The staff that was working went above and beyond to take care of me. I... didn?t get their names, but it was a man & a woman. The name on the receipt was ?Trenidad?. They both need a raise :) Read more
The service was fast and food was good for the most part, I did notice the crispy beef tacos were a bit wet, possibly just from... the grease. Made the shell soggy and it fell apart within 2 bites. I think this is a usual thing though with their crispy tacos.The burritos were good and made how I wanted them, extra onion and sauce. Read more
Used to love to this local place back in 2007 but recently two times my party pack order was missing tacos and ordered supreme... and got regular tacos. All good since I was hungry on a road trip but there is a big price difference that I feel cheated on. Read more
This location is always the absolute best. Always friendly service. Food is always fresh and hot. I just wish the Mexican pizza... would come back. They brought it back just to tease us and then took it away again. Read more
I was in the drive thru and my buddy wanted no cheese on his crunch wrap supreme. The guy taking our order said ?we can?t do... that because our shift lead adds cheese to everything?. After asking again and again and again for no cheese, I just drove off. Read more

I don't go to Taco Bell expecting great quality food or superior service. But I do at least expect the service to be friendly... and polite. The staff member here was disrespectful, rude, and seemingly irritated to be doing her job. I will not go to thislocation again. Read more
